In-Service Management Tool
Introduction
The purpose of this web based application is to provide the
user with a tool for analyzing statistical data and generating
detailed reports relating to facility outages, performance,
inventory and cost from the following Databases:
- National Airspace Performance Reporting System (NAPRS)
- National Operational Command Center (NOCC)
- Maintenance Management System (MMS)
Reports are generated in a variety of formats in a browser
screen or report data can be exported to MS Excel.
Individual Reports generated by the user can be saved, stored
and retrieved for later use.
The following report modes are accessed from the Main
Menu:
- Management Summary
provides the most popular commonly used reports from the
NOCC Database and Equipment Availability from the NAPRS
Database.
- 12-Month Interruptions Report
- 12-Month Flight Delays
- Detailed Interruptions and Flight Delays in the last
month
- Equipment Availability
- Detailed Reports (from the following 3 different
databases):
- From the NAPRS Database
the following kinds of reports can be generated:
- Outage Reports
- Performance Analysis (MTBO, MTTR, Downtime etc.)
- Outage Time Histogram
- Time Between Outages Histogram
- From the NOCC Database
the following kinds of reports can be generated:
- Outage Reports
- Flight Delays
- From the MMS Database
the following kind of report can be generated:
- The Geographic Display
allows the user to Select a Location from a geographic
map. The Data Selection Screen allows the user to Select
the Facility Type at the selected Location, which is
an option not available on the Data Selection Screens for
the Detailed Reports listed above. The following
kinds of reports can be generated:
- Outage Reports
- Performance Analysis (MTBO, MTTR, Downtime etc.)
- Outage Time Histogram
- Time Between Outage Histogram
- Facility and Cost
generates the following kinds of reports from the NAPRS
Database:
- Facility Inventory
- Cost Reports
- User Saved Reports
lists all reports generated by the user and then Saved.
Reports can be regenerated or modified and generated as
a new report.
- Maintenance Mode
currently only accesses the New Password Screen.
- The User Manual provides user instructions and
interface documentation.
