Main Menu
All Data Selection Screens for creating reports are
accessed through the Main Menu.
The Main Menu defaults to the Detailed Report
mode setting with the NAPRS Outage Database selected.
To Select a specific Data Selection Screen Click on the button
next to it's name.
- The Detailed Report mode button must be selected
before you select one of the three Database Data Selection
Screens sub-listed below it.
- After you have marked your choice, click the Go button
to access the Data Selection Screen.
IMPORTANT: If you have been working with one of
the other report modes and are next going to work with one
of the Detailed Report modes remember to Select the
Detailed Report mode button before selecting the
specific Detailed Report Data Selection Screen.
At the bottom of each Data Selection Screen and a
the bottom of the Main Menu window are 2 links:
- A link for Comments to the Application Developer
- A link to the topically appropriate User Manual Page
All Generated Report Screens display:
- At the top: a headder that lists the parameters
selected to generate the report.
- At the far right: A Save button so you can
Save the report for later Retrieval.
- Below the headder: a Title Box where you
can type in a Title for the report if you are going
to Save it.
NOTE: It is possible that a requested report will
find no data within the searched database. In such a case
the report screen will display the headder with the report
parameters and no content.
Reports can be Printed by using the browser
Print button at the top of the Report Screen.
