1998 - 2002 Sandia National Laboratories/CA

Set standards for corporate online safety training by creating online technical training course for Electrical Safety to replace 8 hours of standup training. Saved company approximately $25K in first 6 mos. Used as standard example for all DOE labs.

Set standards for corporate online Record Management training by creating online training course which made is possible to train 800 staff members in less than 1 month without disrupting their work schedules. Being used a standard example for all DOE labs.

Web Based training presentation/help files for web maintenance engine developed for integrated management of department and web site data.

1997 - 1998 Apple Computers

WEBMASTER for Apple Computer’s Learn & Earn Channel Training Site

As a member of the start up team, created online sales channel training which ulitmately completely replaced stand-up training. New program was a key element in the turn-around of the Apple Computer Company.

1995 - 1997

PRESTO! Online Productions

Created a new business concept: The web production company.

Member of team headed by George Thornally, Mike Bailey and Kent Fillmore (BTI Group, telecommunications specialists, early email gurus, part of founding group of AOL starting back when it was a Commodore Users Group through creating the AOL forums = AFL George).

Developed online tools for managing production process and training producers and graphic artist in producing for the web. Result: a large amount quality content produced in a short period of time.
